If I am only having one day to travel through Jaipur then how much time will it take to reach there from Delhi. I would be visiting India in October.

You can reach Jaipur in one day and can come back to Delhi on the same day. This kind of plan could very well be executed if you get to travel by train. It is a very time convenient option and gives you enough space to travel through numerous forts and palaces in the pink city of India. However, if you are not comfortable in train, you can also mull the option of driving there from Delhi.
