I want to learn Snorkeling and Scuba-Diving however, I don’t know that this kind of training is provided in India or not. Please help.

Scuba-diving and snorkeling are famous in Andaman and I have heard that with a small fees they provide a good training. However, I don’t know about some other norms of this sport and its training.
