No this isnt, infact the Rafting at Rishikesh has closed, last date was 30′th june.
Rafting again will open on 1 sept and Camping on the ganges beaches would start from 15′th Sept.

The rafting in Rishikesh remains closed from July to September as the level of water in the river rises and the flow comes at extreme level which is quite risky. Hence, as per government orders, this place remains closed for three months.
