I am a cycling enthusiast, hail from Italy,been in India for almost a month now.
Want to know if there are som mountain biking expeditions that are arranged here…I am an adventure crazy person and would like to join some such group that keeps planning activities on weekends…

Monsoon Mountain Biking expedition happening on 7-8 august, m going join soon:
Cycling Expedition:
Day 0: Friday
Leave from NCR/Delhi at 10 PM
Day 1: Saturday
Reach Kanatal Camps (Luxury Camps with cots & attached toilets, triple sharing) by 6-7 AM
Get fresh and have breakfast
Relax
Activities: Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Valley Crossing, Burma Bridge, Parallel Ropes
Lunch
Evening Bon Fire with Music and Snacks
Full course Dinner
Day 2: Sunday
Wake up call at 6 AM
Have heavy Breakfast and leave for 45 Kms Biking by 8 AM
Bikes: High grade 18-21 gear Mountain Bicycles
Cycling time: 4-5 Hours
Cycling Terrain: All hilly – About 7-8 Kms uphill, rest downhill.
Other Facilities: Mountain Biking Expert briefing, Support Vehicle, guide & cycle mechanic.
Group size : 14

Not Included: Conveyance from Delhi and back

1. Helmets: Would be provided
2. Short Finger Cycling Gloves – These are essential for grip, hand padding and fall protection. Also after cycling you can come back and use them for gym as well, so would be a small nice investment
3. Glucon D – This will be a sou…rce of instant energy.
4. Light Wind cheater/water proof jacket: In monsoon mountain biking expect rains anytime so be prepared.
5. Knee Caps: We had these for some of our expeditions but these are not very comfortable for long rides and may restrict blood circulation. So I dont wear em
6. Cycling Shorts : Anything nice and comfortable would do.
7. Sun Screen: If it is clody great !!! , if its not sunscreen would be recommended.
8. Wrist Bands: To wipe of the sweat and it ofcourse it adds on to the eshtyle
