Indian Passport for a Minor: Query

Hi All. Anyone has knowledge on minor passport.
I have the following query:
Both the parents have there names in the respective passports.
If Spouse is not having passport then need to submit some other doc.
If baby is less than 1 year then no need of Address Proof.
