You can go to Chennai or Bangalore and from there you can take a packaged tour. Volvo bus services are available and they cost approx Rs 900.

U can reach tirupati and from there u need to take token and timing for darshan. After that you can move to tirumala by road. You can even trek till Tirumala.
And time required for Darshan is 4-6 hrs after your Darshan Timing in normal season.

Go to AP Bhavan near India Gate. There is a counter related to TTD. And you can get the Darshan token there itself.
