I want to know where in India I can enjoy the sport of zorbing. Someone recently told me that its being done in some places in India but could not tell me the exact place..

Its available in some place in Himachal in India. I dont know exactly but I have read a news some time ago.. that its very popular also amongst adventure sports lovers
The game of Zorbing Ball is attracting domestic and international tourists to the Solang valley in Himachal Pradesh. The ball is taken to an elevated spot on the hill and then rolled over a slope with the persons inside rolling at varying speeds.
Zorbing is conducted in Solang Nullah near Manali in Himachal Pradesh. Solang Nullah is where all teh adventure sport around Manali take place (Paraglding, Zorbing, etc)
I’ve heard that the the Palms hotel in Goregaon, Mumbai also lets you try this out.
Zorbing activity can be done at Manali or Khajjiar (HP), although if there is a big group …Zorbing can be provided any where in India.

The Lake Village in Naukuchiatal has started an adventure spin off where you get to roll down in a Zorb, touch the skies on the giant trampoline, sweat and roll in the water in the water-walking ball and flex your muscles in their inflatable kayaks. we all had a roll and a jolly good time.

Just visited the ‘Adventure+’ camp at Bhor near Bhatghar dam (1 hour drive from Pune, Maharashtra) where we did zorbing. It is officially due to open on 14th Feb 2010. Besides zorbing, there are numerous other adventure activities for all age groups.

zorbing is done in many places in india and a very famous spot is solang valley in manali….
i’ve visistd d place several times n its an awsome expierience………u can also visit some famous places in manali while ur visit like rohtang pass hadimba temple vashisht bath

To enjoy the Zorbing activity, the advised wt range is 25 kg to 75 kg for each person (as 02 persons are harnessed in one go.)
