there are frequent buses from delhi to patiala..almost every hour but these are the ordinary ones…if you want an AC bus, PRTC it starts at 5:30 pm from ISBT…
I mostly reach there 30 mins in advance and easily get the tickets..

There is one more option
by chance if you don’t get a patiala bus then you can take any chd bus and get down at rajpura and take another one from rajpura til patiala…
From Rajpura to patiala there is aregular bus service…

Taking a bus to ambala would be a better option as there is a very frequent (10-15 mins) bus service from delhi to ambala…from there you can easily get a bus to patiala….
Best options is try and get a direct bus to patiala

there is PRTC – AC coach from Delhi ISBT to Patiala.
It has normal seats( no pushback seats) but its fully AC and rates are also very cheap.
I travelled from delhi to ambala city – for Rs. 170/- Only.
TIMINGS:- 6:15 AM Daily from Delhi ISBT to PATIALA.
