Hi I am reaching IGI from Heathrow at 3 AM in January.
Can anyone suggest how can directly go to agra.
I am travelling with my wife and for me safety and comfort is the foremost priority

Although you can directly take a taxi / radio cab from IGI Airport to Agra but there are two things I like to mention
1) If you start from Delhi to Agra at 3-4 AM In the morning then you will reach in less than 3 hours time … that will be before 7 AM in morning approx… and if you just wanna see the Taj, it will be too early
2) Starting just after this long a flight can be exhausting ( I dont know about your stamina
but still its too much in my opinion )…
So My advise is to wait for some time at airport, get some rest and than start for Agra at around 6-7 AM.
I need an answer to the same question though I am reaching IGI on 6th Nov.2011 at 12:15 and want to go to Agra Cantt.
