I am interested in Adventure tourism ( River rafting, para gliding etc ).
For river rafting I have been to Shivpuri Rishikesh, which was awsome once
in a lifetime experience, However I am interested to know other location for these kind of activities in our country..

Hi Aparna,
India is such a vast cpuntry with so many places to explore whether we talk in terms of scenic beauties or we tallk of adventure tourism.
Places like Auli & Chopta in uttaranchal, Leh, Dodital, Laddakh, MAnali, Jim Corbett National Park, Gulmarg, Darjeeling are only to name a few adventure places in India.
I am also an adventure freak and i always keep an eye on the fixed departure trips organised by http://vxplor.com/UpcomingEvents.aspx so that i dnt miss some of the best back packer style adventorous events this adventure crazy group
