Accomodation for single female in Agra?

Hi

I will be arriving in Agra on Nov 13th 2008 and will be staying for 3 nights. Could anyone recommend a nice, comfortable and safe hotel to stay for a female traveling alone?

I would like to visit the Taj 2 days in a row and need to study some historical things.

  Hey Marie!!

  I wouldn’t recommend you to come and stay ALONE in this part of country. But still if you want to I’m sure you can find lots of option through the internet. In the mean while if I come across some good option I’ll post it here.

  I agree with jenny about being alone here, however if its necessary you can opt for any 3 star or above hotel. Avoid anything less than that.
